Alejandra is a polyglot fluent in 4 languages that has worked and studied in 14 countries across 4 continents. She is a serial entrepreneur and activist passionate about unlocking economic opportunities through education and grants programs. She received a Citation of Honor from the Queens Borough.

Alejandra co-founded her first tech startup, Beepboop, at 22. It was a live online medical Spanish simulation educational technology platform backed by Google's Latino Founders Fund and Techstars. She built a community of 150,000 language learners worldwide, bridging linguistic barriers and aiding healthcare providers in communicating with Spanish-speaking patients during the pandemic.

Empowering young girls has always been close to her heart, which led her to co-found WarmiShine, a nonprofit that is reimagining women's health and women's rights education, impacting more than 450 students and teachers in Peru.

She is currently one of three co-founders of MetaBronx, a New York City accelerator for under-represented tech founders. It combines startup acceleration with youth workforce development, providing opportunities for 1,500 historically marginalized youth so far to thrive in the 21st century. MetaBronx startups have raised $15 million in equity investment.
